The Singapore British Parliamentary Debate Championships (SNBP as it was originally called) was an initiative by the NUS Debate Team to introduce and promote the British Parliamentary format of debating to Singaporean Schools.
The inaugural tournament was held in 2012 at NUS School of Engineering in the Kent Ridge Campus and the Anglo-Chinese Junior College.
